Mobilization reservation in a new way: how enterprises can lose critical status.

The government of Ukraine has introduced a new mechanism for checking enterprises that have critical importance status for the economy. This became known after the Cabinet of Ministers adopted the relevant resolution on October 22, 2024.
According to the changes, the government has given the authorities that grant enterprises critical importance status the right to check their operability and compliance with requirements throughout the entire period of their activity.
The results of the check may lead to the cancellation of the critical enterprise status if it does not meet the established criteria, or confirmation of the status, if it meets all requirements.
The authority that conducted the check is required to send a copy of the decision to the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Defense, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Foreign Intelligence Service, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation the day after the decision is made.
It is worth noting that since October 20, the possibility of booking exemption from mobilization on the 'Diia' portal has been temporarily canceled. This is related to an audit of reserved conscripts, which will continue until November 15. This decision was made due to a sharp increase in the number of reserved individuals, as announced by the First Deputy Minister of Defense Ivan Havryliuk on October 10.
