Dynamo learned potential opponent in the play-off round of the Champions League.


Champions League 2024/25 Qualification Draw
The draw for the play-off round of the 2024/25 Champions League qualification took place in Nyon where Kyiv's Dynamo learned its possible opponent. This was reported by the Ukrainian Football Association.
The Kyiv club is going through the league path qualification, and its opponent in the final qualification round of the Champions League will be the winner of the pair Salzburg (Austria) – Twente (Netherlands).
The first play-off matches will be held on August 20/21, with the return legs on August 27/28.
Specifically, to reach the play-off round of the Champions League qualification, Shovkovskyi's team needs to get past the Scottish Rangers.
Recall that on July 23, the vice-champion of Ukraine Dynamo confidently started the 2024/25 season with a crushing victory over the Serbian Partizan (6:2) in the first match of the second qualification round of the Champions League.
Soon after, Dynamo defeated the Serbian Partizan for the second Time and advanced to the third qualification round of the Champions League. The match ended with a score of 3:0 in favor of the Ukrainians.
As reported, the draw for the second qualification round of the Champions League took place on June 19. Dynamo learned its opponent – it was the Serbian Partizan.
And already on July 22, the draw for the third qualification round of the Champions League took place in Nyon, Switzerland. Kyiv's Dynamo also learned its potential opponent. At this stage, the Kyivers will face off against Rangers (Scotland).
