Research Shows Huge Gap Between Promised Western Aid and Received Aid for Ukraine.

War in Ukraine: Europe Provided 241 Billion Euros in Aid, the USA - 119 Billion Euros
According to research by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, since the beginning of the Russian invasion in 2022, Ukraine has received significant humanitarian, financial, and military aid from allies.
According to the latest data, Europe has provided Ukraine with 241 billion euros (253 billion dollars), while the USA promised 119 billion euros in aid.
These numbers are certainly encouraging, as Europe may have to replace American support for Ukraine if the USA reduces its assistance.
The biggest disappointment is the gap between Europe's promises and the actual aid provided, which amounts to only 125 billion euros, the publication writes.
Europe committed to provide 64 billion euros, but so far has only sent 52 billion euros of that amount. The remainder is expected to be provided from frozen Russian assets.
Ukraine faces difficulties in recruiting and retaining soldiers due to limited support and weapons supplies from Western countries. Overall, Ukraine can produce much of the necessary weapons on its own, but does not have enough funds.
