Getmantsev announced a large-scale support program for frontline regions in Kharkiv.


At the meeting in Kharkiv, a discussion took place between the city's mayor Igor Terekhov, the head of the Ukrainian Parliament's Committee on Finance, Taxation, and Customs Policy Danilo Getmantsev, and representatives of the Kharkiv business community, where they discussed the problems faced by entrepreneurship in frontline territories due to the prolonged war.
Danilo Getmantsev emphasized that the total losses in frontline regions amount to 182 billion dollars, which accounts for almost 31% of the total amount in the country.
Igor Terekhov noted that these regions are key for Ukraine and are experiencing significant losses due to the war. He supported the idea of state compensation for the losses of the local population. Danilo Getmantsev also endorsed this initiative and proposed to develop a support program for regions with a high security risk level.
New Opportunities for Business
The fund also plans to participate in military risk insurance, provide preferential lending and grants for business development. To support the frontline territories, special conditions in the fields of law, taxes, and economy need to be created to ensure stability and growth of local businesses.
During the meeting in Kharkiv, the problems of entrepreneurship in frontline regions due to the war were discussed. The establishment of a support fund for economic development and job creation in these regions was proposed. Participation in military risk insurance and financial support for the most affected regions is planned to ensure stability and business development.
A constructive meeting between the mayor, a deputy, and the business community of Kharkiv highlighted the importance of supporting frontline territories and businesses that are suffering due to the war.
