Residents of the capital warned about fog and rain: Hydrometeorological Center reported on the weather on the last day of January.

Fog is expected at night and in the morning, which may limit visibility. The wind is blowing from the southeast at a speed of 3-8 m/s. The temperature at night will range from +4 to -1 degrees, and during the day it will rise to +5...+10 degrees. In Kyiv, the nights will be slightly warmer: from +1 to +3 degrees, and during the day - from +7 to +9 degrees.
