Minimum 20: students will have distance learning according to new rules.

Working of distance schools in 2024-2025: new rules and the initiative "School offline"
The Ministry of Education and Science told about the changes that will occur in the work of distance schools in the academic year 2024-2025. In particular, the new rules provide for the presence of at least 20 students in each class, except for children on extramural or family education. It also introduces the condition of having at least one class in each distance school that covers all years of education. These classes will conduct synchronous online lessons. These innovations are part of the initiative "School offline".
According to the Ministry of Education, approximately 1 million children study online, which is a great challenge for the state. Therefore, a comprehensive policy "School offline" is being introduced, which will provide access to face-to-face education and improve the quality of distance learning. The Ministry of Education noted that online classes will be created in fully distance schools or institutions with equipment. If there are no such schools, an institution without requirements for its capacity will be chosen.
Children abroad will study a program of Ukrainian studies component, and children from temporarily occupied territories will have a program of pedagogical patronage. The Ministry of Education also launched the "School offline" hotline.
