Russian troops shelled the railway in Chernivtsi region
According to the press service of 'Ukrzaliznytsia', Russian troops attacked the railway in Chernivtsi region. Fortunately, no workers or passengers were injured.
As reported by the head of the Chernivtsi OVA Ruslan Zaparanyuk: 'As a result of falling debris, a fire broke out at the railway station in one of the districts of Chernivtsi region. The fire was promptly localized by the State Emergency Service units.'
It is also worth noting that this is not the first case of attacks by Russian troops on Ukraine's railway infrastructure. There have been earlier instances of attacks on trains in Donetsk and Chernihiv regions.

On the night of May 22-23, drones attacked a factory in Lipetsk region of Russia, which has strategic significance in the production of batteries for military drones. This facility is subject to international sanctions due to its involvement in the Russian military complex.
It is also worth noting that explosions occurred at a military airfield in Ivanovo on the evening of May 22, and during the night, a defense plant workshop in Tula, where heavy military equipment is produced, was also attacked.
