Explosions Heard Twice in Cherkasy Region: What Is Known.


At 04:47, sounds of explosions were heard in the Cherkasy region, reports Suspilne. At 05:21, repeated explosions were heard.
The head of the OVA, Ihor Taburets, emphasized before the explosions occurred in the region that "increased danger remains. Air defense is operational in the region."
The Air Force reported that groups of UAVs in the east of the Cherkasy region are moving west. There are also UAVs on the border of the Poltava and Cherkasy regions, moving towards the Kyiv region.
The air raid alarm in the Cherkasy region has been ongoing since 21:50.
OVA head Ivan Fedorov reported that this night the Russians again shelled Zaporizhzhia. Critical infrastructure and civilian buildings were damaged. "One person was preliminarily killed, two were injured," stated the OVA head. Later it became known that the number of injured in the Russian strike increased to five, including a 13-year-old girl.
For the first Time, Zaporizhzhia was attacked by guided aerial bombs from the occupiers. Fedorov called on the residents of Zaporizhzhia to be cautious during air raids, to stay in shelters, and if this is not possible, to follow the two-wall rule and closely monitor messages from official sources of information.
