On the brink of poverty: a survey showed how many Ukrainians survive on their income.

According to the survey, 24% of Ukrainians experience serious financial difficulties with the current level of income.
This is confirmed by the results of a study conducted by the National Democratic Institute and the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology in May.
Many Ukrainians are dissatisfied with their current income level. A large portion of the population cannot cope with regular expenses.
39% of Ukrainians reported that with such income they have financial difficulties.
According to the survey, 28% of respondents believe that their current income is sufficient for a normal life. And 8% of respondents indicated that they can live comfortably with financial support.
Almost half of the respondents (47%) have a pessimistic view of the future. They believe that the next generation will have worse financial conditions. However, about 24% of people hope for a better future and believe that future generations will be more affluent.
Let's remember that salaries are rising in Ukraine.
