The Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Defense and the Regional State Administration to cooperate with the military for the rapid redistribution of electronic warfare means in the conflict zone to protect the local population from constant drone attacks. The importance of safe evacuation routes was also emphasized.

Critical Infrastructure and Energy:

The government is increasing the supply of equipment to ensure stable electricity supply, giving appropriate instructions to the relevant ministries.

Healthcare:

In the Kherson region, 11 underground healthcare facilities are being constructed, including the regional children's and city clinical hospitals. The Ministry of Health is entering into agreements with donors to procure necessary equipment, such as computed tomography scanners.
