Oschadbank launches a new data update system: what you need to know.

Oschadbank customers can now update their data without the need to visit a branch. This is a requirement from the regulator that all banks must comply with. Oschadbank has released a new application 'Mobile Oschad', which allows data updates without visiting a branch.
To make the update process as convenient as possible for Oschadbank customers, the executors have implemented the option to update data through the 'Mobile Oschad' application.
'To make this process as convenient as possible for Oschad customers, at the end of last year we implemented the option to update data through the application «Mobile Oschad» without visiting a branch', – commented Serhiy Naumov.
The client receives a notification about the need to update data 30 days before the date, or after this date. To update, you need to go to the client's profile in the 'Mobile Oschad' application.
If the data remains relevant, it can simply be confirmed, and if changes need to be made, they can be done step-by-step in the questionnaire. Currently, the application allows updating all data except passport information. However, Oschadbank is working on the possibility of updating passport data through the 'Dii' app without visiting a branch.
Oschadbank urges customers to update the 'Mobile Oschad' application and use all the new services.
It should also be noted that banks have significantly reduced the number of branches.
