The єOselya Program: How many loans Ukrainians have received for home purchase.


Under the government program "єOselya," loans have already been received by 12,365 families amounting to more than 19.7 billion hryvnias.
This was reported by the Telegram channel "Government Online".
Ukrainians continue to receive preferential loans for housing. Only last week, 144 loans were issued for a total amount of 250 million hryvnias.
Among the recipients of Ukrainians are:
- 64 military personnel and law enforcement officers;
- 13 educators;
- 13 medical professionals;
- 6 scientists;
- 39 families without their own housing;
- 4 internally displaced persons (IDPs);
- 5 veterans.
The "єOselya" program provides the opportunity to obtain a loan for housing at 3% and 7% per annum. The difference between these indicators is compensated by the state to financial institutions. To date, the program can be used by representatives of certain professions, as well as citizens who do not have housing or want to improve its conditions.
In total, 7 banks operate under the "єOselya" program. Five of them are state-owned: Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Ukreximbank, Sense Bank, and two with private capital - Globus and Sky Bank.
Recall, PrivatBank has changed the "Payment in installments" and "Instant installment" for some customers.
