The Russian Federation attacked with various weapons - there are dead and wounded in Kharkiv.

Russian troops have attacked Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region with different types of weapons over the past day. As a result of the shelling, one person has died, and four others have been injured.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synehubov, on Telegram on July 9.

Consequences of the shelling in the Kharkiv region

Synehubov reported that in Kup'yansk, as a result of enemy shelling, a 68-year-old man was killed, and a 65-year-old woman and a 66-year-old woman were injured. In addition, a 71-year-old resident of the village of Monachynivka in the Kindrashi community and a 52-year-old man from the village of Hryhorivka in the Velykoburlutsk community were also injured.

It is known that the occupiers launched five UAVs at Kharkiv, targeting the Slobidskyi district. At the same Time, the Russians attacked the region with various types of weaponry, including:

• eight unguided aviation missiles;
• ten aerial bombs (FAB);
• four Shahed type UAVs;
• ten Geran-2 type UAVs;
• two FPV drones.

According to the head of the Regional Administration, objects of civil infrastructure have been damaged and destroyed in four districts:

• In the Kup'yansk district, a private house (village of Hryhorivka) and a multi-apartment building (city of Kup'yansk) were damaged;
• In the Chuhuiv district, power lines (village of Hrakove) and buildings of a state enterprise (village of Pechenihy) were damaged;
• In the Izium district, a combine harvester was destroyed, and about 50 hectares of wheat were burned down at the root, along with 50 hectares of stubble residues (Borivska community);
• In the Berestynsk district, a house was damaged (village of Kehychivka).

It is worth noting that on the night of July 9, the Russians attacked Ukraine with a record number of drones. The primary direction of the strike was the Volyn region, particularly the city of Lutsk.

As a result, two fires broke out in Lutsk, and one of the enterprises in the city was damaged.
