Russians launched a massive attack on Lutsk — the mayor revealed the consequences.

Lutsk received a real 'cocktail' in the form of drone and missile attacks on the night of July 9. Fires at an enterprise and in a garage cooperative became known as a result.

The city mayor Ihor Polishchuk and the head of the Volyn OVA Ivan Rudnytskyi informed the public about this.

Polishchuk explained that that night Lutsk became a target for the most massive enemy attack using drones and missiles.

As a result of the shelling, fires and damage to garages in one of the garage cooperatives occurred. A fire was also recorded on the territory of one of the enterprises. Other damages are currently being assessed.

'Fortunately, there is currently no information about casualties during this enemy attack. Thank God! I thank our air defense for their courage. I will promptly inform you about any news', emphasized the mayor of Lutsk.

At the same Time, the head of the OVA explained that that night there were about 50 drones and five missiles in the airspace of Volyn.

'Regarding damages, firefighters are currently dealing with fires at warehouses in one of Lutsk's enterprises and in the garage cooperative. Most importantly, there are currently no reports of injured or dead', Ivan Rudnytskyi emphasized.

Recall that late in the evening on July 8, explosions were heard in the Kyiv region and in Kyiv. The region was attacked by strike drones.

In addition, the Russian Federation struck a gas station in Dnipropetrovsk region, causing a fire.
