The National Police.
According to law enforcement, the schoolboy contacted an officer from the educational officers sector of the Kremenets district police department and reported receiving a message from an unknown account on Telegram with an offer for a 'side job'. This message concerned the arson of critical infrastructure facilities and law enforcement buildings.
The boy was sent a video with a link to a Telegram channel for registration. However, the boy 'did not go for it for money', but instead reported to the educational security service. The police spoke with him, thanked him for his position, and informed the SBU staff about this case.

Since the boy had not yet reached adulthood and admitted his guilt, he avoided real punishment. The court obliged him to periodically appear for registration at the authorized probation authority and also read the book 'With Ukraine in Heart. Patriotic Reader'.
Moreover, 'Glavkom' reported that a court in the Odesa region prohibited a 11th-grade student from a village school from using the Telegram messenger after he set a serviceman's car on fire.
