Responsibility of children and their parents
Children from 16 years old bear full responsibility for the use of pyrotechnics, and from 14 years old can be held accountable for hooliganism. If a child violates the law, their parents may also be fined.
In case of witnessing the use of pyrotechnics, specialists recommend calling the police at 102.
A ban has been introduced in Ukraine on the use of many types of pyrotechnics due to the threat to public order and people's safety.
