Three weeks to decision: who is expected at the repeated military medical commission and what threatens violators.

Ukrainians warned about the passing of the military medical commission
Ukrainians with limited fitness are reminded that there are three weeks left to pass the military medical commission (MMC). This information was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
According to law No. 4235-IX, men aged 25 to 60 who were previously recognized as limited fit for military service must successfully pass the MMC by June 5, 2025. Persons with disabilities of any group are exempt from this procedure.
The Ministry of Defense urges conscripted citizens to comply with this requirement to avoid further negative consequences.
Obtaining a referral to the MMC
To pass the commission, you can obtain a referral through the territorial recruitment and social support center or arrange it independently through the electronic system 'Reserve+'.
- You need to have identification documents, military accounting documents, medical documentation, and results of previous medical examinations (if any).
Consequences of non-compliance with the law
In case of non-compliance with the legislative requirements regarding the repeated MMC, the territorial recruitment and social support centers will send corresponding requests to the National Police, which may lead to administrative detention and delivery of citizens to medical institutions for examinations.
Specialist doctors will determine fitness for military service and issue a conclusion based on updated requirements.
Recently, two more categories were added to the 'Reserve+' system for obtaining postponement from mobilization.
