The National Security and Defense Council assessed whether Ukraine is ready for winter missile terror from Putin.

Russia is prepared to shell Ukraine throughout the winter
The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council, Andriy Kovalenko, reported that Russia is prepared for shelling Ukrainian territory in winter. The enemy most likely created a stockpile of missiles for this purpose back in summer. However, Kovalenko emphasized that discussing specific dates and locations of shelling is not sensible in the expert community or media.
Kovalenko also stressed that Ukraine is ready to respond to any attacks and destroy enemy rear warehouses, airfields, and the military-industrial complex. He noted that it is very important to react quickly to alerts and maintain the country's defense capability.
Earlier, military experts assessed the likelihood of an enemy attack on the northern borders.
