Ukraine and the USA agreed on the terms for ending the war: Kellogg revealed the details.

The Ukrainian and American delegations have reached an agreement on the list of actions that could serve as the basis for a peace deal to resolve the war. This was stated by the U.S. President's Special Representative for Russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, in a live broadcast on Fox News. He reported that last week a terminology document was drawn up, proposing 22 specific actions. After difficult discussions with the Ukrainian side, Kellogg believes they are in a good position in these negotiations. Now it's Russia's turn, which must approach negotiations from the other side. Kellogg compared this process to a marathon, where the longest and most difficult part is the finish. He also stated that Russia will not win this war, as it has not achieved significant success over the past year and a half. Kellogg emphasized the strengthening support from European partners. In his address, he noted that no one will win this war through military means, but it can be resolved through diplomacy.
