In Ukraine, the re-registration of vehicles has resumed: what drivers need to know.

The service for re-registering vehicles with a change of owner has been restored
The Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has reported that the service for re-registering vehicles with a change of owner has been restored. Now all citizens can use this service at any service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regardless of their registration or residence.
'From today, all citizens can once again take advantage of one of the most popular services,' the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated.
It is important to note that in order to receive the service, one must first make an appointment. This can be done in two ways: through the online electronic appointment service or directly through a terminal in the service center.
Given the increased demand for this service, specialists recommend planning your visit in advance.
'For a long Time, the re-registration of vehicles with a change of owner was unavailable for objective reasons. This has led to the number of citizens in need of the service currently exceeding the capacity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' service centers. Consequently, due to high demand and excitement, delays in service may occur,' the report states.
Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs revealed the figures: why 78% of candidates cannot obtain a driver's license.
