Zelensky: Russia must continue to feel just losses due to its aggression.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced that Brigadier General Hennadii Shapovalov will be the new commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In his address, he noted the readiness for negotiations at the highest level to end the war in the east of the country. Zelensky also condemned the terrorist act - a missile strike on a residential building that killed 23 people, calling it terror devoid of military sense.
'This is deliberate terror... Russia knows how to do it really well - kill and destroy,' Zelensky commented.
The President also noted Russia's ties with other aggressive regimes and reported that Russia attempted to preserve the Iranian nuclear program. He expressed the opinion that the positive and combat experience of Ukrainian soldiers should be realized in the Ground Forces of Ukraine through the appointment of a new commander. Zelensky also announced readiness for negotiations at the highest level and prisoner exchanges, hoping for support from the President of the USA.
