A Woman Assaulted a Military Member of the TCC for Mobilizing Her Son - How the Court Punished Her.


In the Karlivskyi district of the Poltava region, a woman attacked a serviceman of the territorial recruitment center (TCC) because her son was mobilized.
According to the court decision published on the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, the woman approached her cohabitant, who was checking documents, and initially behaved rudely before even hitting him. It later turned out that the woman filmed this incident and shared it online.
Details of the Case
The incident occurred in September 2024, when the military conscript was being checked at the TCC. The woman was already found guilty of intentionally causing minor bodily harm to an official while performing her official duties.
Court Decision
The woman was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment, but this penalty was suspended for a probation period of 1.5 years. She was also required to register with the probation service, report any changes in her residence, and undergo a corresponding probation program. The court also forced the woman to apologize to the victim.
As a result of the attack on the serviceman due to her son's mobilization, the woman received a certain punishment from the court.
