Fighters of the 33rd mechanized brigade are learning to cross water obstacles on the Leopard tank. This allows them to be prepared for crossing rivers or lakes. This is reported by Army TV.
During the training, the tank crew performed a partial submersion of the Leopard-2, although this model can fully submerge underwater with additional equipment.

Earlier it was reported that Germany will transfer 12 Panzerhaubitze 2000 howitzers to Ukraine. Also, along with other partners, Berlin will provide Ukrainian troops with 77 Leopard 1A5 tanks.
In addition, Norway is launching the production of Leopard 2 tanks. The Franco-German holding KNDS and the Norwegian company Ritek have signed an agreement to organize the production of German equipment.
The Australian government, together with the United States, is developing a plan to transfer American Abrams tanks to Ukraine.
