Extended Financing Program: Ukraine has already received $10 billion from the IMF.


The IMF has sent Ukraine 8 tranches totaling $10.1 billion
The Ministry of Finance reported that the State Budget of Ukraine has already received eight tranches amounting to approximately $10.1 billion from the total of $15.5 billion provided by the IMF EFF program.
According to the ministry, the IMF mission has started its work in Ukraine and will last until May 27.
The leadership of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the National Bank of Ukraine, and IMF experts will discuss the status of compliance with the program conditions and the preparation for the eighth review of the Memorandum on Economic and Financial Policy over the week.
Among the key topics of discussion are measures to mobilize internal revenues of the state budget, state debt management, budget declaration for 2026-2028, and reform of public investment management.
The report on the receipt of eight tranches from the IMF to the State Budget is an important step for Ukraine's economy. It will strengthen the financial stability of the country and continue the reform of state financial management.
