TCK has returned the registered citizen - how to correct the situation.

If the territorial recruitment center has returned a citizen who was previously removed from registration for any reason, he has the right to correct this situation. The first step in this situation is to file a request to the TCK, but everything can also end with a lawsuit.
On the portal 'Jurists.UA', a material was published in which lawyer Jurij Aivazjan explains that the citizen has the opportunity to correct the situation if he is re-registered after his removal. It is necessary to submit a request to the TCK, but if necessary, a court may also be approached.
When to go to court with the TCK
Aivazjan noted that entering the TCK data will be a sign that the situation has been corrected. 'When the TCK enters the data, the corresponding information will appear in 'Reserv+' and e-WOD', he explained. If this information does not appear, the citizen must go to court according to the lawyer.
After the citizen's return to registration, he has the right to correct the situation, said the lawyer. The input of data by the TCK will be an important step in solving the problem, and only if this does not happen, the possibility of a lawsuit can be considered.Read also
